Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Color preference
We encourage all customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
If There’s an Issue With Your Order
We stand behind our quality.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
We will make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
No Return Required
In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
We handle issues quickly so you can get back to wearing what you love.
Wrong Size or Order Issue
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors.
However, we understand mistakes happen.
In select cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy option to help you reorder at a reduced cost.
Order Accuracy Responsibility
Please ensure:
- Shipping address is correct
- Size and variant selections are accurate
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Orders placed with incorrect selections
If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.
